What influences the price most
The scope of features, the number of integrations with existing systems, the complexity of the design, security requirements, and whether it is a new product or an extension of an existing one. The precision of the brief matters a lot too.
The vaguer the brief, the more room for estimates — and the bigger the contingency you need to include.
Fixed price or hourly rate?
For clearly scoped projects a fixed price works well. When the brief evolves or you want flexibility, an hourly rate is more natural. We offer both and always recommend the one that makes sense for your project.
How to plan a budget
Set aside part of the budget for analysis and design — it saves far more during development. Ask for regular demos and phases so you see what you are paying for. And count the cost after launch too: operations, monitoring and further development.
