1. Granting of consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting the newsletter subscription form on software-heroes.cz, a natural person (the "user") grants Software Heroes, s.r.o., registered at the Regional Court in Brno, as data controller under Article 4(7) of the Regulation (the "controller"), their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of the Regulation. Consent is granted voluntarily.

2. Scope of processing

When subscribing to the newsletter, the user provides personal data in the following scope: e-mail address.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: maintaining the user in the newsletter subscriber database, marketing activities and statistical purposes.

4. Duration of consent

Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes above is granted until the user withdraws it. The user may withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing info@software-heroes.cz.

5. Parties who may receive personal data

The controller may make the provided personal data available to its contractual partners, in particular for order processing, delivery of shipments and commercial communications.

6. User rights

The user has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data. The information will be provided without undue delay.

The user is not obliged under any generally binding legal regulation to provide personal data; providing personal data is entirely voluntary.
